Hi, I'm Claire!

A passionate yogi for the past 10 years who wants to share the magic of yoga with you. I fell in love with yoga when it helped me through severe back pain and emotional trauma. The power of the practice truly saved me and now I want to share this with as many people as possible.

The purpose of yoga is to ease suffering and that's exactly what it did for me.

My focus is on hatha and vinyasa yoga whilst incorporating breathwork and meditation within the practice. Often physical yoga has been centre stage and breathwork and meditation left to the side. But these practices are all fundamental and complementary to each other.

My teaching style is centred on utilising props (blocks, straps, blankets etc.) to make the practice accessible to all body types. Yoga can be practiced by all ages and levels of flexibility. My goal is to make you feel at ease and find a style of yoga that works for you.

When practicing with me you will be able to slow down and find stillness on the mat by incorporating the breath. This will also guide you to be more present and deepen your physical practice.
