Feel energised and more centred in this 75 min vinyasa and breathwork class.
In Vinyasa yoga we flow through the poses more actively and find a meditative state through the flow.
As part of the practice, you will be guided through a breathwork technique to help you feel more present and deepen your physical practice.
Classes are for mixed levels with a focus on how to utilise props (blocks, straps and blankets) to adapt the practice to your body type so you can feel the full benefits of the practice every time!
Please arrive at least 5 min before the class to setup.

Hatha & Breathwork

Saturdays | 11.15 - 12.30
Slow down and still the mind in a 75 min hatha & breathwork class. In hatha yoga we hold the poses for up to ten breaths which enables us to focus on the physical alignment and the breath.
This is the perfect practice for yoga beginners!
