I'm Claire, a passionate yogi for the past 10 years.

Yoga helped me heal from back pain and emotional trauma, and now I teach hatha and vinyasa yoga, focusing on those with limited flexibility.

My goal is to make postures accessible, incorporating breathwork and meditation to help you slow down, find stillness, and deepen your practice.

Classes are for mixed levels with a focus on how to utilise props (blocks, straps and blankets) to adapt the practice to your body type. If you are joining from home, I will guide you to use alternative props (books, pillows, towels).

Slow down and focus in a hatha & breathwork class. In hatha yoga we hold the poses for up to ten breaths which enables us to focus on the physical alignment and the breath.

Classes are for mixed levels with a focus on how to utilise props (blocks, straps and blankets) to adapt the practice to your body type. If you are joining from home, I will guide you to use alternative props (books, pillows, towels).

Private Yoga Lessons

Get started with yoga or deepen your practice with one to one bespoke sessions. Private sessions enable you to meet your personal goals and take the time to adapt each posture to your body type by utilising props (blocks, straps, blankets etc.). Whether it is a specific set of postures, breathwork or meditation, the sessions are tailored to your needs. Classes are offered in English or French, online or in person in Budapest.

Bachelorette Private Workshop

Celebrate your special weekend with a heart opening flow! Love begins with yourself before you can share it with other people. Tap into your mind, body and soul and share this beautiful practice and energy with your closest friends and family.

This 3h bespoke workshop includes breathwork, yoga, meditation and a sharing circle to wish the bride joy and happiness for the future. Yoga mats, props and water bottles included. Optional tarot card reading.

WORKSHOPS

Corporate Offering

Offer weekly yoga and breathwork classes to your employees to promote mental health and wellbeing at your workplace.

Classes will be specifically focused for individuals who sit for long periods of time and are looking for time to relax during the work day and recharge to help increase productivity.

Breathwork can help people re-energise, calm the nervous system, provide brain clarity, rebalance the right and left hemisphere of the brain and tap into the more creative side. Depending on the theme of the class employees will be able to benefit from different breathwork techniques and learn how to practice them in their own time.

Also available for specific wellbeing days, can deliver in person or online workshops. Please contact for more information.
